"I was surprised! For being a little out of the way. The rooms were clean and well supplied with towels, soap and shampoo! The owners were also very nice and they had a washer and dryer for your laundry. Coffee available in the office. I will stay here again."

"Do not recommend! Key entry to rooms are old and take approximately five to ten minutes to open the door. The room I stayed in had no door seal at the bottom so had to stuff a towel under it. Shower curtain is not the correct one to be used. The put the transparent outside shower curtain to use for the inside, which should be made of plastic. After one shower water was all over the side of the tub and on the floor. During checkout I requested a copy of the receipt, because I had lost it. The woman with an Indian accent refused to give me another one. I also brought up the problem with the door and the shower curtain. The woman was non apologetic and rude about it and stated that there is nothing wrong with the curtain and that they have them in all the rooms and no other person has complained. I was trying to help them out due to the floors have recently been tiled and didn't want them too spend lots of money to retile again due to water damages. This is not the first time I have stayed here and the last few times management has been very rude. I will no longer stay here anymore. I will gladly pay $10.00 more to drive down the road."

"One thing that shouldn't be comprised while looking for a cheap hotel is cleanliness. Absolutely disgusting. They don't clean. Beard hairs around the sink it was repulsive to stay their and I got a cold flu the last day staying at the hotel."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were really nice and respectable. I saw no signs of aggression or rudeness like in the other reviews. The rooms were really clean and taken care of, and it had a cool view, which I wasn't expecting. I watched the storms roll through, and it was pretty nice. It was also really quiet, no loud guests or any noises surprisingly, even though it's next to the highway, I slept like a baby. There was an occasional loud car through the night, but not to the point where I really cared. Every amenity worked like a charm. It's also right next to the Pilot, good for food and coffee in the morning. Honestly, I would stay here again. It's not fancy by any means, but it seems like it's a family business handled very well and professionally. I have no complaints. It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend it."
