"I stayed in a king suite with pool view and had a wonderful stay. Checking in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was professional and helpful. The property is clean, quiet, and in a great location near many restaurants and points of interest. The room is modern and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I had a great view of the pool, and even though I was directly across from the pool while kids were swimming, inside the room was quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great budget hotel, clean, recently well-renovated rooms, friendly staff, conveniently located. Gave it 5 stars for being such a great value. Nice 2 Queen suite for less than half the price of a 'name brand' resort. Room decor was modern and very new. Wifi 6 was fast and good signal. Good water pressure, hot water, and HVAC. Walking distance to good restaurants."

"What an amazing place! While traveling through AZ, I stayed at a few places within the same price range as I payed at 3 Palms, and they were pretty rough rooms (no TV, no refrigerator, no hot water). So when I arrived at 3 Palms, I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I surprised. This place is truly an oasis! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Beautifully manicured landscaping with all different types of cactus, workout facility, heated pool. The rooms were exceptionally clean, bathtub/ shower combo was spotless, the bed was beyond comfortable! I haven't slept this well in a few weeks!!! Love love LOVE this place!!! I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Tucson area!!"

His warm presence at the front desk is just the beginning of a luxurious experience in this newly remodeled hotel. Despite my initial skepticism about the price, I was blown away by the quality of everything – from the chic furniture and spacious rooms to the exceptional amenities, including a convenient bench for putting on shoes, ample lighting, a sophisticated desk, and a luxurious bathroom with a stunning shower and elegant gold fixtures. What truly sets this hotel apart is their pet-friendly policy. They welcomed my dog with open arms, making it a perfect stay for pet owners. The attention to detail in every aspect, right down to the impressive sink, ensures this hotel is a cut above the rest."

"I have to say this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. This is probably the best execution of a remodel I have seen. It did not feel tossed together or sloppy. Small details everywhere. Consistent and enjoyable design and decor throughout the suite, the carpet, the wallpaper, the floor tiles, curtains, lights, shower hardware even down to the under sink trashcans. The room is spacious and had a really comfortable apartment feel. The bed was comfy enough, pillows were pretty hotel-standard... But we still slept comfortably. The parking was close access to the room and the check-in staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall this hotel was an incredible deal and I'm not exaggerating when I say I think the room was nicer than any of the high end hotels we have spent triple the money for in the past. 100% will stay here again if we're visiting Tucson."
