"This is a very clean store, even the trial mattresses were clear of dirt and stains. Mr. Bradley was very quick to welcoming us in and made our experience as painless as possible with his wealth of knowledge and eagerness to help. He mentioned, “I’m not a salesman, I’m a sleep expert who gets paid either way.” Which was extra reassuring in terms of finding a quality yet affordable mattress. My only complaint would be that near the end of our search, the store began to gain traffic and that made the personable behavior of the seller slowly dissipate. Maybe an increase of staffing would benefit this store, but overall I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family searching for better sleep."
"My son and I walked in the store looking around, I didn't have much experience in asking for mattresses and spoke toTyler and his manager. They wanted to know who was going to use it. They spoke to my son, who has a lot of handicap problems, they found a good mattress that would bring him some relief. I was also going to buy a guest room mattress. They helped me to realize the occasional guest room mattress needn't be the most important buy. They showed me a Comparable one for the guest room. Thank you guys for helping us."
