"My husband and I came here the first time Jan 4 of 2023. We loved it, a bit rough, but the other tenants were so welcoming. We liked it so much after 4 weeks we bought a park model here. Now we are here for the 2023/2024 season. And still love it. The new staff are great! It's been cleaned up so much, like a new park. The people are still great, new and old. Good amenities, fun activities. New doggy park! Great location for shopping, banking, just about anything you might need. Jim & Micki"

"Park was designed for a earlier time. It was half empty and they stuck us right next to the front west corner. Noisiest place we have ever stayed at. The traffic noise is unrelenting. The park and facilities are fine. Too bad."
"Lovely and helpful staff, a warm, welcoming office, and a well maintained park. Pretty much halfway between Yuma and Fortuna Foothills, giving easy access to shops in either direction, about 5 miles either way. About 10 miles to Mexico border crossing (Los Algodones) if you need to get your teeth cleaned, etc."
