"Wow! How accommodating can a RV resort in Yuma AZ be? Well the Caravan is everything that is “not pretentious” about the Yuma AZ short term vacation. After being treated like second class foreign customers, by so many Yuma resorts, we stumbled upon the Caravan…. who accepted our truck and brand new 2023 Arctic Fox camper with open arms. The new management here gets it! Not everyone is a pretentious full time A class owner. Some of us snowbirds still respectfully boondock, and take part in short term urban visits. We need quality places to stay, without the usual Yuma pretentious attitudes! The Caravan is it. The Yuma chamber of commerce needs to look at what the Caravan is doing right, and what the pretentious A class only resorts are doing wrong! For example, look at Rockey Point MX. They are suffering in 2024 because of a bad reputation and the pandemic . Yuma is headed in that direction. The Caravan will thrive with its non pretentious open arms way of doing business"

"Did not get the site we requested the year before and ended up spending a month close to the highway- very noisy. Some improvements are nice, including the pool area, but still needs significant updating. Customer service needs improvement. No one I talked to was really interested in addressing our concerns. I have heard the new management is doing well and residents are happy with the updates thus far, but we never met or heard from the new manager."

"All sites relatively level. Dirt & gravel parking area with concrete patio. Park is situated away from highway so road noise was not a problem. Nice location near lots of shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again."

"I'll be honest, 2 years ago, I left because the place was falling apart. A friend told me that it was under new management so I came back. I've been here 3 weeks. It's great! Everything works. Plenty of space. I highly recommend!"

"It's a residential rv park with spaces for overnight parking. Overpriced. Paid $44.77 with a discount. Spot was barren ground with only outlets for water and electricity. No tables. No features. Was quiet, though."
