"Great reception at check in, accommodating and efficiency much appreciated. We were a group on a motorcycle road trip renting 3 rooms each night of our travels. Rooms were decent but a lesser standard than I usually see at a Comfort Inn however. This was disappointing considering the price charged, especially when we stayed at a Marriot in California, near Palm Springs the previous evening for nearly $50 less! That wasn’t a last minute deal either, it was booked ahead just like this room in Yuma was. We were there in late afternoon so we sat outside at a table by the pool for a few hours before getting pizza from close by for supper. Hotel kindly allowed us to eat it in the breakfast room. I didn’t partake of the complimentary breakfast so can’t comment on that but I understand from the group I travelled with it was decent with enough choices to please everyone."
"The bathtub had double dark rings and orange goo on the bottom! Cleaned it shiney clean myself with a washcloth and shampoo! If they have supervising inspectors they need to be retrained because I do NOT know how they missed this icky bathtub! Otherwise all else was good except there was cheese in ALL the eggs! We can't have cheese or sausage so cold cereal was all we could eat. The breakfast girl seriously enjoys her job and it shows in the presentation and cleanliness of the breakfast bar!"
"This is my go-to hotel when I travel. Compared to the Phoenix Comfort Inns, this one was lacking. The room was nice, but the breakfast was yuck. It was if they went to Sam's Club and bought packaged pastries and brought them back to the hotel. This just wasn't what I was used to in a Choice Hotel; it seemed like they were trying to save money over quality."
"Was there for a couple nights on business trip. Room was clean, other than a few stains on the floor, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and had some good suggestions for lunch/dinner locations."
