"After 2 weeks here at the rv resort we are sad to leave. But know we’ll definitely be back!! It’s very clean and friendly. The trees are beautiful. The pool and hot tub are so warm and wonderful! Thank You Desert Paradise!!!"
"Most terrible park! After living here for over 4 years, not missing one payment they evicted tenants and gave them 10 days notice- signed the certified letter and shoved in mail box while tenant was out of town for thanksgiving. Took them to court and they were told there is no reason and they don’t need a reason. Best of luck- if you want to stay here- they are ruthless and will evict for no reason. Terrible business practice"
"Really nice place, spots are roomy, property is well kept, plenty of laundry machines and even a drying line outside of laundry room. I know lots of parks charge to have packages delivered.. not this one they even delived to my door."
"We were down visiting friends and enjoyed the area. Lots of snowbirds getting some fun-shine, we didn't jog over to Mexico but there was plenty else to do. Most everyone has pets but yeah leashes are required until you are in The dog run which is quite large. Friendly people but this is really a retirement spot for Northerners with a few travelers stopping by."
"We were at Desert Paradise last of Dec.2022/ first of Jan.2023. Park is clean, staff has a very dry, sober attitude and deminer. Park IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY. You must walk your dog OUTSIDE the park. Residents are NOT friendly and are prudish. They will argue with you if you have a service dog, medical or otherwise. Ask you to leave where food is being served. We parked and had to move due to the power was in use by another site. Otherwise park your rig. Stay in it. Don't try and socialize. Go to there actives and be treated as an outcast, don't expext friendships from anyone and you will be fine."
