"I have stayed at Mesa Verde Resort since September 2023 and find the resort most accommodating and pleasant. Amenities are available and always well kept and inviting. The grounds are well maintained and parking places are plentiful at a competitive price. Office Staff are very friendly and helpful and exceed my expectations. There are plenty of fine restaurants, grocers, and shopping close by. Security has not been an issue and the neighborhood quiet and respectful of one another. Long term stays are available and I recommend this establishment."

"I have just viewed posts from various residents of Mesa Verde RV Park in Yuma, that again there are numerous break-ins in the park. Over a year ago we were promised security cameras and as of today, August 23, 2022, there are still no cameras. The Encore company doesn't have a problem when it comes to increasing our annual rent, but can't seem to get cameras installed in a years time. Ridiculous!!! I also see in our new annual agreement, that Mesa Verde is now "pet friendly".We bought in Mesa Verde because it was PET FREE!!! Visitors to the park like the park because it's quiet & clean, which will certainly change now that we get to listen to dogs barking & leaving dog dodo. I know people are supposed to clean up after their pets, but we all know that doesn't always happen, along with the constant smell of urine when it gets hot. Too bad that the residents didn't get a say in the matter. As a snowbird, we live here 6 months of the year. Up until the last 18 months it has always been a great place to stay. The residents are fantastic, there are numerous activities & events we can participate in, along with great amenities provided by the park, but during the last 18 months there have numerous break-ins throughout the park, with little or no help from management. The office staff are very restricted in what they can do to help and trying to get ahold of someone in corporate is impossible. We chose this park to live in because it was a pet free park, which is no longer the case. There are over 30 RV parks located in Yuma that are pet friendly, so why can't we have at least one pet free park.. Another question I have, is why are full time residents allowed to have campfires in their front yards, along with bringing in transients to stay for several days? I know this isn't the proper forum to be bringing up these issues but we can't seem to get a response from corporate any other way & I know they monitor this website."
