"My car spent 29 days in this shop and when it was finally returned, there was additional damage present that was not related to my accident. Parts were missing entirely, lights were cracked, new scratches were present. A few weeks later I brought it back for re-repair for another 3 days. I do commend the staff in dealing with my high-anxiety personality, but the job STILL was not completed properly. There are still clear coat drips and the bumper has new scuffs since the initial repair. Unfortunately there is a lack of attention to detail here and this is just the wrong business for that. At this point I’m fed up with not having my vehicle and my trust in them is long gone. I won’t return and I do not recommend. I tried to let you guys make it right. Maybe you need better lighting in your bay, or something. Embarrassing."

"I am so happy with the service here at Allard Collision! The staff is super friendly and Jessica at the front desk was always on top of answering my calls. Usually I groan and roll my eyes when places say they'll call me back, but Trent was always timely and returned all of my calls with updates about my car. My insurance company was an absolute hassle with this accident, but Allard made the situation stress free on their side of things. I am in love with the results of my car! It looked brand new again! Not to mention, I called several places and Allard was able to get me in the fastest so I could get in my rental and start driving again.
