"It was a different experience than I had expected. I was expecting more of a resort spa experience but it was pleasant. Receptionists were welcoming and the reception area was stocked with plenty liquids. I felt a bit rushed with my 80 minute massage in spite me showing up early and having completed the paperwork in time. Seems as though you need to allocate more time for the receptionist to do her part. I had to repeat my requests to my therapist after entering it on the tablet. Not sure why I wasted time doing that if it wasn’t going to get read. Therapist has to step out after we began - no warm towels in the room. Didn’t allow me enough time to undress before he was ready to begin; also same at the end. Hence my feeling of being rushed. He walked me to the front very hurriedly. Checkout was about the same as checkin - a bit of a wait. Not sure I will be back. Even though prices are a little cheaper than a resort spa - I would rather pay a bit more to feel unrushed and relaxed after to enjoy the full massage experience."

"It was my first time in. The establishment is beautiful. I like the second waiting room to get relaxed. My tech was Riley and was simply amazing. My facial and scalp massage was exactly what I hoped for and more. I was in with a gift card for my birthday and was shocked that I didn’t have a membership shoved down my throat like other places I have been. I won’t name those. 5/5. Will definitely return when needed."

"This review is specifically for the customer service of this place. Every service provider I had for both massage and facials were wonderful and this has no reflection on them. Getting a membership here is not worth it. I cancelled back at the end of August and was told I'd be billed once more because of the cut off date - totally fine. I specifically asked if I'd be able to use that last credit after I cancel and they told me yes, for sure. Found out today that credit actually expired after 60 days which I was not told. Apparently it's on the cancellation form that nobody actually reads - my fault for not reading it thoroughly after I specifically asked about using my last credit. So I'm out $80 for something I was not told. Just be careful if you are cancelling."

"My daughter bought me a massage for Christmas. The online scheduling was really easy. I was met with a friendly smile and taken back to a beautifully decorated room with milk and cookies available while I waited. Riley met me, took us to the spa room and did an amazing "Fire & Ice" facial. Best facial I have had in years!"
