"I’m not from this area and was in need of a wax, I use European Wax Center back home so I looked up any in this area. My waxer was Jaclyn, I chose her since she had good reviews and I am happy I did! She was amazing, she made me aware where she would start and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Jaclyn took the time to make sure my eyebrows were how I liked them and was really friendly, calming any awkwardness I felt about my Brazilian. I was completely at ease even though it was my first time with her, I wish I lived in this area because I would 100% be a regular with her!"

"I love coming to EWC. I have been coming for years. I love the products and the services but lately I haven’t been too happy with the customer service. Especially from this location. First off I wanted to give a shout-out to my waxed Amanda! She is AMAZING and the only reason I still come to this location. The first desk ladies I think are young and probably in experienced and that is why I am probably having the the experiences I have been having the past couple of months. So last December I signed up for wax passes again. The lady behind the counter seemed to only care about how many sign ups. She talked about all the people she signed up as if we are a number. I didn’t feel that great about it and was upset that a company would only care about the sale verses the value they bring to me as a client. Second today I came in to check in and I had some acne I have been dealing with lately and put a zit pat h my face. I went to sit down and the two ladies behind the counter were discussing if they should tell me I had it on. I didn’t feel comfortable as I waited for my waxer. I have worked in the customer service industry for years and this is just not the best I have seen from them in a while. I’m writing this review in hopes it will be seen so things can be changed. I would hate for other clients and customers to experience this. Thank you for reading."
