"This Massage Envy was a disappointment. I paid for a 90 minute massage and I think the masseuse may have been falling asleep while rubbing my neck. She would stop moving, no pressure was being applied, just her finger tips resting on my neck. This happened three times until she snapped out of it after feeling my body shake from me silently laughing in disbelief that it was happening."
