"One of the ladies working was very nice. She told me her name but I don't remember. She also told me about a promotion that was starting the upcoming month. I was in there to look a new product for my locs and was very surprised about the variety they had. The store was very neat and clean as usual. The one I finally landed on is a winner by the way. so overall it was a good experience."

"I had copper blonde hair. When I went in. I specially asked for a color recommendation that would be an exact match. It came out orange. Now it’s so bright and look like a complete carrot top. Wasted time and money and now I have to have it corrected. Totally pissed."
"It should have been a pleasant experience, but for the woman who should have been willing to help me. Instead, I had to ask her questions about certain products 3 different times. Instead of being helpful, she stated that all of their products were the same. Except for with the hair dye. The only difference is that you mix one in a bowl, and the other in a bottle. She was no help at all. I believe she may have been the manager. And regardless of whether she had to change some product prices or not, could have, at the very least, given a steady customer a few minutes of undivided attention. I have been a manager for years, and nothing would keep me from being kind and helpful to a customer. She made me feel so uncomfortable, that I didn't buy more products that I needed, as I knew she didn't and wouldn't give me two minutes of her time. I will never shop there again. How sad that people cannot be kind or helpful to one another. I made sure that I was extremely kind to this woman. And very apologetic for having to ask questions about their products. I will definitely find another store to do all of my shopping."
