Dr Armstrong (Julie) is a caring and very knowledgable Dr who wants to see us be healthier in general and not mask our pain with pain killers. Since seeing Julie I have been able to cut my medication in half and my mom has been able to get off blood pressure and cholesterol medicine she has been on for 50 years. I attend several yoga classes a week and the instructors are really amazing. I also get massages each week and those are great as well.
