"A couple of years ago, I underwent my second breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Kay. Unfortunately, the results were not what I expected. Dr. Kay used a larger cc as the previous augmentation was too tight, but the stitches and skin started to separate underneath. I felt that the surgery was not performed correctly. Although my breasts have now healed, there is a significant amount of scar tissue and they are noticeably uneven. I later found out that Dr. Kay was nearing retirement, and in hindsight, I regret my decision to go ahead with the procedure. I have attempted to contact the center via email, but I have not received a response."

"I loved perfection plastic surgery. When Dr Kay was there, he performed my face lift 20 years ago. It was perfect. He has since retired along with a master injector and surgery nurse Kathy. I miss them both. Presently,Karina is extremely competent as far a facial service (does not do injectables) but I have not found someone to replace Kathy. I feel it's time to move on. Everyone at Perfection is very professional, kind and competent, but I am not finding the finess or artistry I used to. It now all seems more routine and a little lack luster. I still would recommend perfection for some one starting out but in my opinion, they lack the artistry that was once there. Injections are an art. One can't measure or use a ruler. One needs to see and feel it. It doesn't work otherwise. Once again, Perfection staff is extremely professional, kind, and attentive. In today's world, that means a lot. But, it might be time to move on."
