At Zion's Edge Massage, a variety of services are offered to eliminate chronic pain and promote overall well-being. Sports massage therapy is tailored to athletes of all levels, specializing in sports injuries and pre and post-event massage. Deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, while gua sha and cupping techniques are used to speed up muscle recovery and release fascial adhesions.
Other modalities offered at Zion's Edge Massage include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, Swedish massage, and radiofrequency therapy for skin tightening. Special treatments are also available for cellulite reduction and addressing plantar fasciitis, chronic ankle, and calf pain.
