"Delia was absolutely wonderful. She started a new car policy for me. She explains things really well and her customer service and pleasant mannerisms are absolutely fantastic. You don’t always get that now a days, actually it’s becoming more and more rare. This is a good agency to get your insurance policies from. Sometimes its not just the insurance company you need to consider but also the agency you are dealing with and the kind of service they provide you, believe me I know. I have had a terrible experience with an agency that represents Allstate and allowed my policy to expire without trying very hard to reach me and letting me know there was a problem with my auto payment method. They only sent me an email and nothing else, no phone calls and no letters via regular mail. My policy was canceled and I had no insurance for a month and a half without any knowledge. So make sure you have a good agent like this office and a person like Delia that works there."
