"I have been trying to contact someone in this office to discuss why I am being charged $18.00 more which is being withdrawn from my bank account. It was $132.00 to start for liability only $60 a month then I noticed my bank statements show $78.00 was being withdrawn. Why? I've left my name and number on the voicemail and no one calls me back. This is $18.00 more for five months almost $100.00 total!!please give me credit or a refund as I am on a fixed income!!"
