"I am new to the area and I walk my dog every night. I noticed there was a smoke shop next to 7-11 and I figured I would go to the smoke shop for a better deal. I'll never go there again. I was walking towards the door and a young man with an accent was in front of the door walking out. As I was walking towards the entrance he stated " NO DOGS NO DOGS ALLOWED" I said " Excuse me sir number one this is a service dog and you can't do that" He said " I don't care what you say NO DOGS. I just walked away because, at the same time, a young man was walking toward me and said that guy was so rude. He said he was going to hit me. I told him we neede"I'm new to the area and I walk my dog every night. I noticed a smoke shop next to the 7-11 and thought I'd go there for a better deal. However, I had a terrible experience. As I was walking towards the entrance, a young man with an accent was leaving the store and he said "NO DOGS ALLOWED". I informed him that my dog is a service animal and he can't refuse us entry. But he was dismissive and uncooperative, repeating his statement. I decided to leave and as I was walking away, another young man approached me and shared my frustration. He even mentioned that the first man had threatened to hit me. We both agreed that this kind of behavior towards customers was unacceptable and we should report it to the owner or manager. It's unfortunate that this young man has such a bad attitude towards customers. He needs to learn how to treat others with respect, as his behavior could lead to serious consequences in the future. There is no reason that there is that kind of treatment towards customers. That is so sad that the young man has that kind of attitude because one day he might not get a person like me that walks away. The next time someone might not tolerate his attitude and the outcome will be different for him."

"This is one of my favorite smoke shops I go in there and the dude already knows that I need 4 packs of cigarettes and the 2 brands of cigarettes I buy from there when he See's me coming walking up to the door he has them ready for me"

"I like this smoke shop. My only issue is I toke my service dog with me and he said no animals allowed I said he is my service dog and then asked for his ID and legally they can't ask you for that. Only two things can be asked. 1.is he a service animal 2. What tasks does he perform Just to inform this store of that. Keep up the good work tho!"
