"I have been in about 6 times to purchases boxes of Lorcana cards each time. I went in last night to do the same. My boyfriend called and was told that boxes were available as were Troves. Super excited, we head to the shop. We get there and when I asked to simply see the Trove box (as I was undecided as to whether or not I wanted to buy one and wanted to see one before making the excision), the guy helping us said sure. However, another guy came up and said “No! You can’t buy those they are for regulars only” in a fairly rude manner. I wasn’t asking to buy one, I wanted to SEE it but thanks for assuming and inserting yourself into a conversation where you did t belong. I left upset and not sure I want to go back is that is how I am going to be treated. I didn’t know that simply showing up for Lorcana leagues was the only way to become a “regular”. Which, I physically can never make it to the leagues. So, I guess coming in multiple times and spending hundreds of dollars each visit does not make someone a regular. I am not a collector, I simply love the game and love opening packs. I don’t know if you will be my go-to store for Lorcana going forward. This whole situation could have been avoided had the guy simply said “Sure, you can look at the Trove but they are not for sale. We are saving them for those that are in our Lorcana league.” But, that is not what happened so here we are. Thanks for making me feel like my business is nothing."

"They sell/buy various CCGs like Mtg, Lorcana, Pokemon, YuGiOh and accessories. Also run in person tournaments for most of those games. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the people are friendly. Will come back again."

"This place has ALL your Magic: The Gathering needs. Great supply of singles and huge stock of packs. They also have older pre-release kits for sale and gaming accessories. The Commander scene here is very strong. All of the workers and customers were very friendly. I will definitely be back here if happen to return to Phoenix in the future."
