"Stopped by Total Wine and More today near Scottsdale Rd and Shea. A friend had asked me to pickup a special Tequila for him. I had no idea where to look so I hailed a team member for help. I was taken back when I discovered just how many tequila brands TWM offered and they had the specific bottle I was looking for. My friend was amazed too when he found out TWM price was $40 cheaper, yes $40!!! The team member was fantastic, he not only helped me find the specific product I was looking for but he gave me a tour of the store and sowed me all the categories of spirits they carried, BLOWN AWAY. I strongly recommend Total Wine and More for all your get together spirits and wines."

"I'm a doordash driver and I have been picking up orders at this total wine for many years. As of today one of the employees came out and told me I could not park in the front of the store where I had been parking for the past several years and was very rude about it. I will no longer be accepting DoorDash pickups for this total wine."

"One of the worst stores in the valley. They hide allocated stuff and when you ask if they have any they act like you’re asking for something from their own personal collection. They steer you hard, very biased, to their own product.i have over 900 bottles in my collection and have catalogued easily that many in my drinking experience. they get offended when I counter their recommendations and some employees get an attitude about it. I don’t feel welcome at this location and won’t be coming back. Hope they fix the attitude of their employees. It’s almost hostile sometimes."

"Like all total wine locations the store is well kept and clean. The selection of drinks is second to none and the prices are very fair. I'm glad that they have a wide selection of gluten free beers as well that you can't find anywhere else."
