"Rude service. Came in to buy quartz bangers and other smoking supplies. The guy was going out of his way to not help me. Prices at this location are also higher than their competitors. Oh and they like to sell to minors."

Despite the presence of a cigar humidor that adds sophistication to the store's appearance, it is evident that the establishment sells cheap items at a marked-up price. There is also reason to suspect that counterfeit goods may be part of their inventory, as evidenced by multiple defective disposable vapes received in quick succession, and the dismissive response of being told that poor quality is to be expected from a Chinese product which is simply an excuse not to purchase from reputable sellers that are present in every exporting nation. While the glass and other smoking paraphernalia are of satisfactory quality, they come at a premium price that exceeds that of other shops within a five-mile radius. Given its proximity to "Vistancia," the store seems to prioritize profit over affordability. As a recommendation, it may be more cost-effective to consider alternative options such as online shopping or simply visiting ANY other stores in the area."

"I've been a very regular here for almost 4 years and only had 1 issue with their products. Today I got a disposable vape, battery didn't work. Only lasted about 30 minutes. Asked for an exchange and the owner. Lynn I think is how it's spelled starts throwing me attitude like I'm in the wrong for asking for an exchange?? Naw. I literally buy a disposable 1 to 2 times a week and the first time it has an issue you guys treat me like some con artist trying to steal from you? Nope. Won't be back ever again."

"Best smoke shop in this zip code and probably the surrounding 3-4. They earned our loyalty during the pandemic and associated shipping crises; other places I kept getting dry/old bags of tobacco that were 6+ months old. That has never happened here, everything is always fresh and the lowest price in the area. Family that are cigar enthusiasts also really appreciate that section here. The humidor is always perfectly set, the selection is wide and the pricing aggressively competes with cigar shops in the area. Everything else is great, very clean and organized store with big glass selection and assorted stoner accessories. Friendly staff that gets us in and out in under 2min. Great place that deserves your business!"

"Got this awesome "High Up" Cobra Head Glass Piece at Gravitate in Peoria for a wicked deal. Quality glass made in USA, and they have a huge selection of glass! You can easily spend upwards of an hour on their glass selection alone. Well worth the trip. Nick and Hudson are most helpful and legit employees and will go out of their way to help you.
