"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Customer Service. Especially at the gun counter. 2 or 3 guys all just standing there screwing around while my buddy and I have been waiting 15 to 20 minutes for assistance. Nobody came and checked on us, not even once. We walked around for 4 min and came back to the counter. Still waiting for 10 min. I even walked by them and stood there. They even saw me and didn't bother to ask. We walked away very dissatisfied with this experience. Seriously guys, get your staff in line. Excellence in ALL you do is a must in a job like this."

"Way better than the North store. All the firearms are in places that make a lot more sense, and the rifles are now able to be perused without the help of an associate. That in itself is quite valuable, as well as displaying the handguns in islands with the associates always in viewing distance. Speaking of associates, I walked in for the second time the other day to look at a few 1911s, and was helped by Jojo, whose tremendous patience with locking/unlocking several pistols actually convinced me of the right choice. I didn't make my purchase on the spot that day, but after going home, reviewing my choices and checking out the selection online, I didn't hesitate to buy from Sportsman's online, and have my choice shipped to this store for pickup. Everyone's incredibly friendly here, and they've got a fair bit of knowledge. Great place as far as big box stores go."

"This is their new store in the Spectrum Mall. They have a lot to see. Prices are on the high side. Lots of brand names. ADA compliant."

"Love their selection of firearms, but the lack of staff on duty means no service. Only one at the pistol displays none at the rifle racks. Might return and purchase the weapon I want."

"I’ve tried Sportsmans for Black Friday sales for the last 2 years and they’ve been a major let down. Last year, I online ordered an optic on sale to find they sold out and tried to pawn a used optic off on me and I stood around for an hour trying to get someone to replace it with a manufacturer sealed optic. And now I tried to buy some ammo on sale. The website said I could order it and pick it up Saturday. Saturday came and went. I just got off the phone with them and they said my order got declined today because they ran out of the ammo I ordered. Warehouse doesn’t have it either, and they wouldn’t allow me to keep the order to take advantage of the ammo sale. Not to mention it takes 5-7 days to get my money back. It’s really hard for me to shop corporate stores when they fumble like this and not making good on their sales. These places need to do better, it’s a sad display of business. I’ll be keeping to local shops like The Hub and turn away from Sportsman’s."
