"ZER0--- After taking my son to Urgentcare I drove to This Walgreens location and waited patiently in the drive-thru line to pick up medication when I finally got to the window the pharmacist stayed that there is absolutely no medication for my son at this location. I assured her that this is where the prescription was sent to she was adamant that there was no prescription sent to that location for my son. I called the doctors office to make sure this is the right location and it was. I had to get out of my vehicle to go inside where they took awhile to find the prescription. From waiting outside until this point it took 45 to 50 minutes when they finally realized they did have the prescription they said it will take 40 minutes to fill and they have to close no exceptions so I will have to come back at 8 in the morning. If they would of known how to look up items in their system them my son would have his medication. Horrible Experiance!"
"Absolute worst pharmacy experience I've ever had, and it's happened multiple times at this pharmacy (Kolb and Golf Links Walgreen's). The level of incompetence and mismanagement is mind boggling. Most people in line wait 30-60 minutes just to be told their prescription is not ready. The tech at the window argued with me about getting my prescription (necessary heart medication) and threatened that my insurance may not cover it because I was getting it filled early, which wasn't true, I was at the last day of my previous refill. I'll be switching pharmacies ASAP."

"Terrible wait times at the pharmacy. Did not fill all of the required meds and had to come back later..only to wait in the drive through for another half hour with no movement. Finally gave up and tried the next day."
"This pharmacy is always incredibly behind. They take over a week to fill regular prescriptions, are absolutely useless at shipping prescriptions, and the staff is uncaring and incompetent. I recieved a phone call warning me that my medication was going to be reshelved because the employees here FORGOT to ship my medication, and then told me it would be 4 more days before they could even attempt to ship my meds. Just avoid this pharmacy at all costs."
