"Great experience overall and not only do you get supplies but advice as well and all the knowledge you need on the products............. This is what i use to think but now the store has gone down drastically and is no longer a great store to come to ... Been waiting for an hour and no one has opened the doors yet and they have a sign that says 15mins they'll be back.. sigh, very unprofessional and not impressed with the jeep lady that works there. As well as she usally isnt helpful when it comes to inquiring about products. Use to be a great store i enjoyed coming to.. now i dread when my supplies dont come online on time."

"Absolutely outstanding customer service. Stephanie is patient and kind felt comfortable asking questions. This is a great shop for beginners and old timers. They support whatever you are doing without judgement. They take their time with each customer I have not had 1 bad experience there. Thank you Stephanie for being so awesome. Oh and the ink is great too im not going to say organic but its something like that bottom line it has no metal in it so your tattoos won't bulge out in the sun. Thank you guys."
