"I am so appalled. 32 years old, visiting with friends to purchase liquor and we were asked for id three times. According to the policy “TOTAL WINE MAY ASK” to ID groups but to ask us THREE times by THREE different employees was so inconsiderate and an inconvenience. When you say “MAY” that means technically they don’t have to ask, they chose to ask and treat us like this. They told us that it was policy, oh I know the policy and will be contacting corporate and the BBB. We were profiled and was discriminated against. I don’t appreciate it. The manager and a couple workers I have the name of and the time stamp of when I came in will be discussed in my reports. I live in Virginia and I have never been treated like that at any other location. Unhappy and I will not let this type of treatment go."

"I recently had a chance to stop into in to search for something to try while visiting the city. I loved the selections they provided, and they had some very rare items on the shelf. I was able to locate some of my favorite Tequilas to take home with is always a plus in my book. The employees there were attentive and offered help if they thought you were overwhelmed l, which could be easily done. I will be back."
