"I found Gateway Barbershop when I was picking up some food next door about a month or so ago. I walked in and I was easily and readily accommodated. Efren gave me my first, and now second haircut and trim. His demeanor of focus and concentration, without being rude or aloof, as well as the great work he produces, is why I will keep coming back. It is not the least expensive place I have been for a haircut and trim. But I will pay the extra few bucks for the level of professionalism and personal service that Gateway Barbershop and Efren provide. Keep up the great work! Do you offer hot towel service?"

"Just got my hair cut and beard trimmed by Efren, he did an awesome job! Really impressed with how well he pays attention to detail and you can tell he loves cutting hair. One more thing I would like to add.. I have not had my hair cut by Panda, but I was also impressed with how willing he is to help any of his barbers if they had questions or needed suggestions. Awesome shop! I will be back soon."
"Been looking for a legit barbershop experience, (have tried dozens across the grid, in the Chandler & Gilbert area) and too many places come close, but fall short. Gateway Barbershop isnt one one of them! Love the mural they added recently. Barbers are growing, seen more since they opened, even full chairs staffed, so that's a great sign! Smooth reservation process, coming from someone that is terrible at booking in advance. Been a few times myself, and taken my young son a few times now as well... and will continue too if this keeps up! Very recommended!"
"GREAT Experience here. Originally tried to book with Panda (based on reviews), but found that he must be pretty popular. Booked with Joe, then decided I needed in earlier. Stopped by right after opening (after gym) and got Efren. He did an awesome job! Panda walked in and both him and Joe made some recommendations on my hair. Turned out excellent! Efren payed close attention to detail and thoroughly took his time. Not a single hair over length in an otherwise tricky fade. My new forever barbershop. Thanks guys! Great talking to all of you!"
