"They did my nails poorly, they do not go with the design that you want. I was supposed to have a hello kitty nail design but it came out wrong! it was supposed to have 3 whiskers on each side, but instead of 3 whiskers on each side, they only did it on one side of the hello kitty face. It looks like the adopt me penguin with its eyes close together with its nose squished up. It looks like a ripoff and i cannot believe this costs so much. The bald worker did good on the french tip, but the other worker today wore a black sweater and a high brown ponytail. I specifically asked her to distance the eyes and the nose and she even looked at the picture. Very disappointing, i dont know why it is not accurate at all. I asked the worker if she can put my boyfriends initial on my nail but she completely ignores me. 2 stars because the french tip is goos"

"They completely ignore you when you ask them questions and then charge you extra for services without disclosing the added cost on top of the price on their menu. Because they charged us more than discussed price my mom and I didn’t have the extra to tip on hand so we were going to go and come back with a tip but then they yelled at my mom for not tipping before we could even say anything. I would go anywhere but here."

"absolutely disappointing. my nails did not come out the way that i wanted to come out with, the gel application was poorly done and the way they scrapped it off is by using a cut up plastic nail to remove the excess, my design specifically had a star DRAWN on just a different color for the french tip and what i got afterwards is disappointing and absolutely disgusted. they put on the thin little tiny star instead of trying to draw on the star. the rhinestones arent even aligned together, theres bubbles tiny bubbles on my nails and on the edges theres paint and uneven on the side. the sides of the nails arent even CLEANED theyre rushed and uneven."

"Vincent did such a great job on my dip nails. He took such time and care to ensure they were square and the perfect length while not too thick. This was my first time since the change in ownership, and I will be back permanently."

"I keep coming back to this place and I am never disappointed. My last visit was exceptional! I got a dip manicure by Taylor, who went above and beyond. I fell hiking and my one hand had cuts and a bunch of broken nails. He helped me get the dip off without getting the acetone in my cuts. Then he did a fantastic job cleaning and filing my broken nails so that they all looked uniform. I can pick up change from a table and my nails look great. Then Lisa gave me a pedicure. When I fell hiking, my left big toe nail broke right in the middle and split. She very carefully filed and cut it and was so gentle and kind. I was worried it would hurt or look horrible but she took her time and cleaned it up. The mani and pedi were incredibly well done and I can't wait to return... Highly recommend - ex"
