"Booked an appointment for Covid booster shot at the Bullhead City Walgreens. I arrive about 10 minutes ahead of time and was the first in line. I stood in line for over an half hour before anyone acknowledged me .Filled out necessary paperwork and was not ANYTHING ON WHAT TO EXPECT, Go or Do. After another half hour wandering around the store I finally got my shot, and was told to wate 15 minutes before living.... So I had to spend one hour an 25 minutes in Walgreens. A simple explanation. Or an we're sorry we're short staff, or we're running late would of helped."
