"I just moved to town about 3 weeks ago and was looking to get my hair cut. I walked in here because the reviews were so high. I wish I never stepped foot in here. I asked Ria for an A-line, and she attempted to cut it. She seemed a bit nervous about my naturally curly hair. She decided she needed to wash my hair, and then she said she was going to put a bit of conditioner in. Never said it would cost more for a tiny bit of conditioner that she left in for 1 minute. I got home and looked at my hair later that night and my right side is extremely longer than the left. She cut the A-line in a backwards cut so it flips out to the side and doesn't frame my face. It's an absolute nightmare and I'm stuck with my hair up in a ponytail. I shouldn't even be able to pull my hair up in a pony at all. I'm so ashamed of my hair for the first time in my life. What a waste of $50!!"
