"I've been a regular customer here for 5 years. Unfortunate that the U haul side of the business is bringing down their ratings. I also saw some reviews for Apache Food Mart which isn't the same business. The folks that work here are very nice and the selection of liquor and smoke shop products are very good. El Gordo is really great too which is in the same parking lot."
"I went here to pick up a U-Haul I had reserved for 9am (which I reserved two weeks in advance). When I came in and told the clerk I was there to pick up a uhaul he immediately called someone and spoke to them in a foreign language. When he got off the phone he said the system was down and I’d have to come back in the afternoon. I suspect he didn’t know how to do the check in and that someone who did would be in that afternoon but I was moving my things 3 hours away and couldn’t wait around until then. So I ended up having to drive 40 mins away to get the uhaul. Which was really aggravating considering my truck was sitting right there waiting for me. Just be aware if you are picking up here you may end up with a clerk who doesn’t know what he’s doing."
