"As I walked in I was told to leave my bag at the front of the door. This bag is not a backpack it is not a duffle bag it was a addias sling bag not bigger then a fanny pack that held all important stuff such as credit/debit cards,cash,phone and a few other things and that alone was already almost to much inside. So I told the guy at the front I was not doing that and he said I'll watch it lol so I asked him okay what if someone takes it on the way out are you gonna jump the counter chase them down and get my bag back?? Probably not!! I would have to chase em and put myself in harms ways. I said that's like asking someone to leave there purse or wallet at the front it was a joke and when I refused he called the cops on me. I called resources and they made a report and told me it was not policy to have to leave such a small bag at the front especially if it had all my important belongings. Then I called this store and I explained to the guy that I made a report. I told him he was wrong and that I can see in his face that he was a racist. He told me that was fine and that he will kick me out everything and if he sees me at another location he would kick me out there too. He was very unpleasant, unprofessional and from this experience I will never step foot in another QT again"

"I love going to quit trip because you guys always keep your stores clean and I always know I'm gonna find a clean bathroom. Thank you for your team and all of your guys is help. Are you fitting me eating our community clean? And i'm grateful for what you guys did go back to the veterans"

"While my patronage was entirely limited to the fuel pumping area, QT has clearly demonstrated that outside of occasionally emptying the trash cans, they apparently no longer make any minimal effort to clean up the place. The fueling areas are obviously no longer swept or cleaned up. This place was truly embarrassingly filthy. When QT first opened this location, it was always immaculate, sadly now it's been allowed to become just another neglected eyesore on East Speedway, apparently abandoned to the elements through deliberate staff indifference."

"This happened today 05/13/2023 at 3:15 pm employee tried to accuse me of stealing with zero evidence or proof . A friend purchased a drink for me and handed it to me in front of everyone. I brought the drink with me as I was buying a bag of chips . The cashier asked me ,” just these ?” And I replied ,” no, just one my friend bought this drink for me already “. I pointed him out and she confirmed we were talking about the same person. She stated he never bought it and I asked ,” are you sure ? Because he definitely did “ She looked at the past transaction to confirm he bought it and that he only purchased one . It was a very hostile experience and I hope she gets fired . I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable walking into a store and being accused as a liar ."

"Unfortunately the parking lot was sticky and this got on the bottom of my daughter's shoes when she was pumping her gas and this was then transferred into her car. The cleanliness here needed some extra attention for sure."
