"I didn’t sign in in line do had a few minutes to wait. Everyone was friendly and attentive. My stylist was very nice and professional. I gave her a few things I wanted and set her loose to make me look good. It had been a while since getting my hair cut so there was several inches to remove. She kept checking to make sure if I wanted more, which I understand because some people say cut it short but really mean a few inches. Loved the outcome and feel great!"

"I checked in online and it said 20 minutes. Then it went to 13 minutes and then it went to 29 minutes. Then it finally said drive to the salon and check in. I get here and they said it kicked me off and I had to start all over waiting another half hour. People don't have time for this. Family has been getting our haircuts here for years"
