"Very disappointed I wanted to like this place based on the reviews. When I made an appointment with her she said to show up exactly on time so I wouldnt interrupt her lunch. Right away that was a red flag for me that I ignored and tried not to think about. When I got there I let her know I had an appointment and she was quick to tell me I didnt have one even though over the phone she mentioned she had a regular customer by the same name as me. She reassured what her price was before starting even though I dont mind paying well for a good hair cut and (good customer service). She was rude, condescending, and bossy. I was surprised seeing as I'm the paying customer. Even though she tried not to make it seem like she was bothered I could tell by her demeanor that she was very impatient right from the start. I let her know to use siccors only and she did the opposite. I just had to get up and leave I didnt feel comfortable. Even as I was getting upset I offered to pay her half the money to what she then replied we only take cash yet she never mentioned it before. I told her I dont have cash because I dont carry any on me. She then gets mad at me and says to leave ( go figure). She seemed surprised and said noone in her 40 years working has ever walked out on her. I find it hard to believe with that kind of attitude. If you're reading this I hope you are more self aware and work on your manners I really doubt it though."
