"Do not pass Blythe without getting a cooler full of Oscars Carne, I recommend the Carne Asada because that's all I ever get there, I probably should try their other offerings but I need to save space in my cooler for more Carne, it is truly the best. High heat on the grill a few minutes per side and just try to get it inside without sampling it. I have even cooked it in a cast iron skillet, hard to screw it up unless you overcook it. Even then it's good, just chewy :- so don't overcook,"
"This place was great. Art was incredibly nice. His father opened the meat market before the freeway was even built. I was referred by a person in Phoenix who told me on my way back to SoCal to stop in Blythe for arguably one of the best places to get Carne Asada. Art had some he recently grilled to give me a try. OMG! Totally worth the detour. It is a white building that is a mini mart/meat market across from the park."
