"**Make an Appointment!!** and I would not rely on any information given to you over the phone. We were told over the phone that we didn’t need an appointment so, when we walked in 10 minutes later, we were very surprised to be turned away. The first thing we were asked when we walked in was if we had an appointment. We said no, and that we were told we didn’t need one. The man then responded by saying they wouldn’t be able to fit us in that day. We let him know that we spoke to someone 10 minutes prior who said we could just walk-in and that it would have been nice to know they didn’t have availability that day, before we wasted our time/gas driving down there. Instead of apologizing for the mix up and doing his best to ‘save a client’ by maybe offering up the next available appointment time, dude just turns to the other 2 employees, who were just standing around, and asked who answered the phone… After a short conversation between themselves they came to the conclusion it was probably a man named “Joey” who left just before us getting there. Knowing it was their employee who gave bad information they should have done more to fix the situation but they didn’t. The man essentially just turned to us and shrugged, like “oh well, I guess your sh*t out of luck” without actually saying it. I can’t rate their services because they wouldn’t render me services, and due to their lack of customer service I will not be returning for any future services."
