"Just walked in, wasnt greeted, or even acknowledged, and just sat down while two people at the front desk carried on in conversation. 20min goes by before i was left alone so I stood by the desk. Only then did someone approch me and it was just assumed by them i had an appointment. I finally address im a walk in for a quick trim and it was only then i was finally told they had no openings and were booked all day. I felt terrible, disregarded and completly alienated. A hair trim or even a simple HELLO was too much, I will not come back."
