"We have to thank MIRANDA service writer, RICKY Service Mgr, and TYSON service tech, for their assistance in getting our truck "issue" fixed. It took a couple of trips, and about 3 weeks to get it done. We truly appreciate their kindness and work to solve the problem. So far, so good. They stayed true to their word, and we thank them."

"I had a wonderful experience at Ford Yuma! Jose, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job assisting me throughout the entire car-buying process. He was patient, attentive, and made sure to answer all of my questions. The selection of vehicles at Ford Yuma was impressive and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend working with Jose and the team at Ford Yuma for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you, Jose, for your excellent service!"

"I would go elsewhere. We were having problems with our F-150 not starting. Another shop after hearing the issues told us to take it to the dealership because they thought it might be the ignition switch. So we took it here to Alexander Ford. My husband told them we thought it might be the ignition switch, but that we were not mechanics and would like a diagnostic test done first to make sure it wasn't something else. He was informed on the price of the diagnostic and he agreed to it. Several hours later the truck is "repaired" and ready to go. The receipt shows no diagnostic test performed. They simply noted that there was a wiggle in the ignition switch "as reported by the owner". $700+ to repair the ignition switch. They also told him our battery was bad, which had been recently tested as good. Two days later our truck won't start. We replaced the battery, but surprise surprise, that wasn't the problem either. Ultimately we took it to another shop in town who actually performed the diagnostic test we needed and guess what. We had a secondary computer module failing.- $120 repair. Alexander Ford should have found this. Had they done the requested diagnostic test first the code for the secondary computer module would have been evident. No one needs a mechanic who just fixes something without investigating the problem first, especially when asked to do so."

"They deserve higher than a 5 star rating. My whole experience here was great. Thank you, everyone, very much. I'm starting my new full-time RV life out here in the mountain zone north south corridor from western New York. I have used several different dealer service shops back in WNY. With not one even coming close to compare. I will definitely be returning here every time for my vehicle's service needs."
