"WARNING Disappointment and frustration ahead! In my recent visit to the Home Depot I went in to get a few things for a small project. I encountered a lady in the blinds area. She was amazing and the guy that joined her was equally awesome. They were over the top associates. Then after they directed me to the plumbing area that's when everything crashed. I was able to find everything that I needed in minutes by myself. I did have a question for a salesman to see if I could get a ten foot piece of pipe cut . There was no one to be found. I walked all 3 aisles multiple times looking for someone. NO ONE. So I took all of my stuff and finally found a salesman in the tools. I asked him if they cut the pipe and he said yes they have the tools in the department and he would call someone. I returned to the aisle and I heard on the loud speaker Dan you have a customer in aisle 21 for assistance. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came. I put the pipe back and left the bucket of other items sitting there and started walking out. As I reached the register area the man from tools looked shocked and asked if anyone showed up and I said no. The next sentence floored me. And I quote "Did you put everything back." And upper management wonder why sales are down. Good luck everyone."
