"I heard great things about Joe and his crew from several people, and I was really looking forward to being able to write another 5 star, rave review about their work on my own floors in two rooms and kitchen backsplash. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way. Joe came out for an estimate, was very kind and professional, and walked us through what would need to be done. Great! The estimate came in- but it was missing a price for our kitchen backsplash. We contacted Joe about the backsplash estimate and never heard back. A couple of attempts to contact him were made, and we heard nothing. Maybe our job wasn't big enough to be worth his time. If that's the case, he should have just lead with that instead of wasting our time. Very disappointing."

He had good advice about color choice and explained the pros and cons of differnt types of flooring products. He brought samples and was patient with us while we were deciding on which product and then which color we wanted. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, did a great job, and cleaned up when they were finished. We are thrilled with the final outcome!"
