"When I went to return something without a receipt, they looked up my purchase by phone number. They couldn't find it because "they were in the middle of getting a new system". The manager sounded like he was accusing me of stealing and wouldn't do the return. I left and found my receipt and went to a different Petsmart, where I was treated respectfully. This is the second time I've gone in this store and been treated like this. I won't shop here again."

"If I could give this place a 0, I would. This review concerns hair stylist David and salon owner Kimberly. I underwent a highlights treatment with David, during which he left the bleach on my hair for an excessive duration (over an hour). After he washed my hair, I asked him to put my own hair mask so when I get home I can wash & style it myself since I never liked how he styled my hair in past. Upon returning home, I discovered significant hair loss during my shower, a direct result of the overexposure to warmth during the treatment process. Despite my efforts to contact the salon and request the owner's intervention, nearly two weeks have passed with no response. Their lack of professionalism was further evident when they refused to provide their liability insurance information upon my request. Feeling left with no other recourse, I am now pursuing legal action as nobody seems willing to take responsibility for the damage caused. As a consequence, I have been forced to wear a wig in public to conceal the extensive breakage and damage to my hair, which required an additional $500 to rectify by another hairstylist. Despite these efforts, my hair remains far from its former condition, and the recovery process is projected to take another three to four years. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned."

"I've gotten a facial here before and it felt nice. It was okay and relaxing. During the facial the lady doing my session told me to stop touching my face so much because of all the acne. I have lots of acne due to other reasons & so I just kind of laughed it off. Second time I tried to get a facial again I called and said that they were free and to just walk in. I walked in and then was told to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for my facial."

"How do I start? Only reason I decided to give this place a second chance, 15 years later was because I "broke up" with my nail tech of 6 years. I came in looking to get gold chrome with a design on my two middle fingers that would connect together to make a four leaf clover. Well, when they asked us to pick our color I was expecting a wall of colors, instead there was stacks of nail samples of colors that were old, outdated, and when you pick up the stack of nails to look at it feels dirty, filmy, and just not sanitized. The chrome options were limited. Instead of going with chrome i decided to just do white, thinking I'm saving money since I didn't do chrome. The four leaf clover was put on the wrong fingers and trying to connect them to make it look like one does not connect correctly. People build a relationship with their hair dresser and since I don't get my hair styled I like to build some relationship with my nail tech, but the customer service wasn't there, took til almost the end until there was some conversation. In the end what I paid was way more than the person I was seeing for 6 years with a lot less done than what was done here. My daughter had her nails done, as well, and the nail lady cut her a few times ans made them chunky. I guess I'll just make up with my nail guy because at least when I leave there I leave with what I want, great conversation, and a better price. The tech I had, however, does a good job at nails, that's why I gave it 3 stars. But the best way to know how good they are is if they can last the whole month with out one falling off, just like how my old nail tech was."
