"Ghosted by a Barbershop??? PLS TAKE MY MONEY!!!! Honestly, the best haircut I've gotten in AZ since moving here. However, the staff is extremely unprofessional and I wont be going there again- and trust me, not by my choice. A few months ago, I went in for a walk-in haircut and sat in the waiting area for 20-30 min while the barbers were talking and joking in the back. After about half-an-hour they finally greeted me and told me that I couldn't get a cut unless I had an appointment. I disputed that I had been waiting there for so long and no one had even come up. Nevertheless, one barber politely stepped in and said that he could fit me in but to ensure to make an appointment next time. The barber was nice and did an amazing job so I tipped $20 for the misunderstanding on my end (appointment only) and for the amazing haircut. Seriously, the kid was a wizard with the clippers- like he really cared about how you looked and took his time a truly talented barber. A few weeks later I tried to call to reserve a seat. Unfortunately, nobody answered. I tried again the next day and left a message- no answer. I tried everyday for a week and left messages but did not receive a call-back. Now if you try to call their number you're greeted with a unknown number I have never wanted to give my money to a place so bad but them not want it. I would seriously pay $100 for another haircut by this barber- if only they answered the phone. 5 stars for the haircut but 0 for the client service."

"Ive brought my son here before to get his hair cut and I loved it. I believe Elvira cut his hair. So I called to schedule an appointment since I know that due to COVID It’s appointment only. Elvira answered the phone and asked if I could come in at 8 am. Which I’ve already sat an HOUR outside waiting and nothing! How the hell are you out here telling people to be here at a certain time and not show up??? Having it interfere with anything else I had scheduled after. Plus i don’t even live near this place. Super unprofessional. I even mentioned this place to my brother in law, which, after telling him about my experience he will not be coming here either. Such a shame. Oh well."
