"Got my makeup done there for the first time ever by Nina. I think she was really sweet but unfortunately I’d have to advise anyone from getting their makeup done by her. The intention was there but I don’t think she has enough experience to be a makeup artist. From unblended eyeshadow, to white of concealer under my eye, the makeup looking nothing like the reference photo, the foundation not even being blended, and not to mention they use the testers of the floor to do the makeup that your paying $60+. Would not recommend. I wish I would taken a photo to attach but I was so horrified I ran out of there and immediately took it off at home."

"I’m not a huge make up wearer, but on occasion to come for moisturizer, and small items such as mascara, eye shadow etc . I came with one of my kids today who had a gift card and needed to get more of some face wash and other skin care items. While she shopped I headed towards the moisturizer etc. I was helped pretty quick which o appreciated, but after I few minutes I felt more hassled or pressured to purchase some pretty pricy items. It seemed to be a new item from what I gathered from signage. I explained I’d like to look around a bit more, but was approached multiple times by the same employee. Don’t get me wrong I appreciate help, but this felt forced and like it was commissioned based or something. All in all I left empty handed and will most likely order elsewhere online. The store itself was clean and organized. It was quite busy in the salon area as well as other sections of the store."

"I have been putting off writing a review for a while now, and it’s time to do so. If you’re like me, I thought you needed to spend hundreds of dollars to get a fantastic color, cut and style. I moved to Arizona four years ago and left behind a couple of amazing stylists. And so the hunt was on, but I have been repeatedly, disappointed, to include going to a very well-known, high dollar, high profile salon here in the area, only to have my hair damaged, which has taken over a year to repair. I decided to try my luck at Ulta, as I am a frequent flyer in the store anyway, and boy did I hit a gold mine when I was booked with Lindsay! Trust me when I say, that you do not need to spend hundreds of dollars to look and feel fabulous! Lindsay is a subject matter expert in ALL things hair, but I especially love that she listens to what I want, and she gets it right every time. It’s not hit and miss. Every time I walk out of the salon feeling like a million bucks and I don’t need to redo anything when I get home. Lindsay’s tips and tricks to help my hair become healthier and more full have worked since I started seeing her a year ago. In spite of losing tremendous amounts of hair due to aging, Covid, and a really bad highlighting job at another salon, Lindsay has been integral in restoring my hair health, and my search for the perfect stylist is finally over!"
