ONYX Lashes

"Unfortunately, she was unprofessional, I had an appointment with her, I understand that she got sick, it took me calling and texting and sending screenshots of our appointment the day of I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot. I obviously do something had occurred, but I wasn't sure, I was patient. The frustrating part was I reached out on messenger through social media and she responded, if you're on your phone and you see that message why was my other messages ignored? She offered to reschedule apologize which I was appreciative of, I arrived my appointment on time, she's seven minutes late and then I go in telling her 530 appointment and a confused tone because I see somebody already laying down, she then tells me sorry 630. I'm sorry, but I drove an hour hour and a half across town, I figured, because I was a reschedule from last week it would be desirable and wanting to keep somebody for your business to honor what you had messed up from last week. I'm not going to wait around. I'm taking my business elsewhere."
