"I tried going from auburn to blonde(by box) and the outcome was horrendously orange. So orange that my boyfriend came up with the nickname "traffic cone" and it was a really good description of my hair color. I called Zoe's Hair Salon as soon as they opened and they made an appointment for me. I was so scared they wouldn't be able to fix it, but wow! They did so great!
