Amazing Lash Studio

"Went here for the first time and was told the classic set was $99. The moment I got there the front desk girl tried upselling me and I told her no thanks I just want the classic set. And then the moment I got into the room, the lash tech started trying to upsell me. Telling me my eye shape requires more volume to look natural. After about 3 times of telling her no thanks she finally talked me into it. I only upgraded because she made me feel so pressured and I literally couldn’t get her to stop asking. I should have stood up for myself but I felt so uncomfortable, I wanted it over with. Afterwards I was told if I didn’t sign up for the monthly membership my total would be $60 more. So I did and just planned on going to a different location to use it. But after paying $200 for the full set and one product, I got home and and the lashes started coming out right away. I called and cancelled my membership the next day because the whole experience was a HOT MESS. From the employees to the service itself. It’s been exactly one week and I barely have any lashes left. I would not go back to this place if it were the last lash place on earth."

"The lashes I got there barely even lasted a week. I'm a teenager and you guys took advantage of my money. I spent $95 including the tip, on the worst lashes I've ever gotten. If she is new maybe you guys should charge less so she can PRACTICE on people PROPERLY. Or at least let the client know that she's new and has only been doing it for 2 months. It literally took her 2 hours. You guys already have bad reviews saying the exact same thing I said. But I thought you guys "have been under new ownership and management as of August 2022" and that's why I gave you guys a chance. But never again I'll just stick to Lash envy studios they always do it right and usually get it done within an hour and their lashes stay on and still look full 2 weeks later. Not only you guys wasted my money, but my time as well. I would’ve liked a full refund of the $95 because it was a waste of money but you guys never responded to my message that’s why Im leaving you guys this review."

"Girls are very sweet, unfortunately I didn’t get close to what I wanted. Several lashes gone within a week. Canceled membership and then they miss charged on the day I had them done “not enough” and drafted my account for the difference after I canceled and they were aware of all the above, with no call the day they charged my account. Will not go back"

"Jose at the front desk is so friendly and simply amazing. Both Jessica and Brianna have done a great job so far. They care and take pride in aiming for the best results for the clients desire. They’ve been so patient and doing their best to fix another studios mistakes on my lashes, so they’ve meticulously worked hard to undo the damage. Hoping to get the true results I want after the repair of mistakes from prior studio. Well done ladies. I’ll update my progress and review in the near future."
