"I pay $250 a month to be a lifetime member. Here is what $250 gets me: A filthy bathroom covered in feces and urine. An over crowded gym (and the new years rush hasn’t even started yet), people that don’t wipe down equipment, chalk all over the place (if you are a hardo that needs chalk, go be with your idiot CrossFit friends in a cross fit gym) and not enough equipment. The popular machines they have 1 each meanwhile there are machines that nobody wants to use. Why waste space on machines that get no use? And why are children younger than 13 allowed in the weight area? Please explain to me why the same toilet has been out of service for two weeks? What exactly are you doing with my membership dues if basic amenities aren’t in working order? There is absolutely no difference between lifetjme fitness and planet fitness. With the exception of course I have to pay $250 a month if I want access to all of their locations. The response by the GM being “you are welcome to cancel your membership”. Go elsewhere. This gym stinks"

"I am so tired of paying for things here and then they are closed for paying members. The basketball gym is frequently closed so please don’t join if you plan to use that. It is not worth it. The pool is closed a lot as well. It is so expensive to join this gym only to have them reserve spaces for “special events”. I would take your money elsewhere where they give their members priority."

"Breanna is the best!!! She's colored and cut my hair twice now, and I absolutely love it! She's so easy to talk to and genuinely listens when I tell her what I need for my hair. She is not pushy about an upsell but is very informative about the different hair products offered. I've already booked my next cut because this young lady will be busy."

"I’ve gone in for several services (brows, massage, express pedi, full pedi, haircut and bang trim!) for myself and also a few haircuts for my children! The staff is all attentive, kind and fun. I have been to see Brea multiple times for my hair— she did EXACTLY what I wanted and the bangs turned out great both times!!! (I feel like that is the hardest part to get right) i would recommend the full pedicure over the express, and the gal who did my brows was AMAZING! Listened to what I wanted and cleaned them up but left them looking more “natural.” The front desk is great about scheduling me in. Very pleased :)"

"This was my first time at LifeSpa Gilbert and I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Emilio V. He spent every minute of my appointment making me feel like a million dollars. He gave me an oil scalp treatment, a neck and shoulder massage, the best shampoo I've ever had, and a hand massage while my hair conditioned in the bowl. He then proceeded to give me the haircut I have been trying to achieve for YEARS but could not find a stylist to accomplish. He was patient with me and the amount of hair I have and took the time to make sure every strand fell perfectly even though his skills allows him to cut quickly! He put the perfect amount and type of product in my hair so that when he styled it fell perfectly around my face and my shoulders. I will be back to get foils with him. I would, and have, highly recommended him to everyone. I rated one star short of perfect simply because when I went to purchase the amazing shampoo and conditioner set, the shampoo was not in stock. Emilio is amazing and I am so happy I have a stylist that knows what I want and need without me saying much to either effect! Love him!"
