"I had a bad experience with the window company that installed my new windshield, they left a bad scratch on my door , they didn’t move my car and it was all scratched up, I called Orlando to see if I could come get a estimate, they gave me the estimate immediately while I waited . I asked if I could leave it while I was out of town , and Yes my car was fixed while I was out of town. I picked it up the next morning and everything looks awesome. The gals in that office wentover and beyond with their customer service . the night I dropped off my car, I didn’t have a ride home and she drove me home.I will definitely use them again ."
"These guys left my car worse than before the accident. Took my 2019 Malibu to them after an accident. I had to leave to drive across the country after they took care of my car, and my hood latch assembly came undone and almost caused an accident. Now, my front bumper is falling off, hood rattles threatening to take off at any moment. Insane body gaps(nothing lined up like it did) Turns out they used ALL cheap aftermarket parts as well."
