"After reading a few recent negative reviews, I still chose to try to work with this company because they are close to my location. The hatch on our bus broke and we needed a rebuilt replacement for the plastic part and were also considering a whole new hatch with a built in fan. I also called another bus seller and supply company that was about an hour away from my location and they were super helpful and told me I could come in and look at options. The girls at creative bus sales seem to not have a clue as to what I was talking about and didn't really want to do any research to find out. I called at 4:00 and asked if I could come in with my hatch and see if they had the rebuild part in stock and she said "we close soon." They close at 5, but this girl was ready to go home. If I owned this company, I'd be a little more wary of hiring people who wanted to assist the customer. I will be driving an hour away to go to the bus supply place that was eager to assist."
