"After being assured by your office verbally over the phone and via email, that your company would track our delayed flight from Hawaii to Phoenix we were shocked to find ourselves stranded at the Sky Harbor Airport at 1am without a driver, car, call, email or any communication from your company. Then to be spoken so rudely by your dispatcher telling us he was in bed was even more unbelievable. Now it would be nice to just have a "we are sorry for the mixup" call. But, nothing!!!??? Not even an apology email???"
